USA is a 3rd world country in many areas and the effect of Katrina will strengthen that impression.
3rd, world in the following areas: 1. Welfare 2. Healthcare 3. Public transportation 4. Public education 5. Justice system 6. Politcal system (corrpuution is legalized since there are no laws that prohibit corporations from buying politicians as they have been doing for many years and on both sides)
