We might as well start moving the evacuees into the Capitol Building. If someone who hasn't even been confirmed as a justice can be appointed as Cheif Justice.. there IS NO CONGRESS.

A Chief Justice has limited power, he guides negotiations and he selects who writes the opinion IF he is in the majority. In a way, he is only as effective as the other justices allow.

Oh, yes, there is a sock puppet for Corporations, especially the oil industry and the military industrial complex, but there is NO PRESIDENT. Not one that was ELECTED by the people, much less one that is dignified, intelligent, you know, like, QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB!

It's not merely a FAUX PRESIDENT OR FAUX CONGRESS. What we have here is a FAUX DEMOCRACY (period).

What we HAVE is a national security infrastructure masquerading as a Democracy. Their names are: DICK CHENEY AND DONALD RUMSFELD. There are a lot of others to name as well, many less known than these two. But we need to name them. We NEED to NAME THEM.
