How can Roberts be put in as Chief Justice with all the baggage he has? If the Dems allow this to happen they may as well absolve themselves as a party and let us start a new one.

1. An unqualified "president" appoints his unqualified oil buddies and
skull and bones buddies to high positions..

and it's scary as hell that the people who are running this country have no fucking clue what they're doing..

2. Depends on what you mean by "qualified".
These appointees are "qualified" in the world of George W. Bush.

They are qualified to:
1. Enable him to look like a leader without leading.
2. Throw a juicy, meaty bone to his base.
3. Convert this country into a fascist state with the 3 branches of
government.
4. Make sure there is a permanent divide between:
a. rich and poor in this country
b. us and the rest of the world
c. citizens and their representatives
5. Make this country a one-party system indefinitely

No, objectively, they AREN'T qualified, but they serve their purpose(s) well, and that is the bottom line.

4. John Roberts most important qualification is his age
He is only 50 years old. They want to stick it to us as long as possible.

10. bring it on
How much more can this country take?
Roberts isn't even qualified for the associate position after two years on the bench.
In the face of the FEMA/Brown scandal, this evil bastard shoves this on us.
This administration seems to be saying to the American people:
"Bring it on".

5. He scours the country...
...and finds the absolute wrongest person for every single job. UN diplomat? Bully Boy Bolton. FEMA manager? Michael "Horse" Brown. The same goes for the Vice President, the Secretary of Defense, and on and on down the line. Even Bush himself is clearly the wrong man for the job. The result is the breathtaking incompetence we see at every level of this wretched government.

Has Bush ever appointed an appropriate person to any job? Even once?

7. He doesn't just appoint criminals. He appoints incompetent criminals.
So the more people he appoints, the more our country is fucked!

He appoints known racists with happy reckless abandonment. But he always appoints and rewards the worst of the incompetent, so any hope of even an orderly dictatorship is destroyed.

They fucked up everything they ever touched, EVERYTHING. Demand their resignations now!!!

8. Anyone remember this old Hollies song?
KING MIDAS IN REVERSE (Nash, Clarke, Hicks)

I'm not the guy to run with
'cause I'll throw you off the line
I'll break you and destroy you
Given time

He's King Midas with a curse
He's King Midas in reverse
He's King Midas with a curse
He's King Midas in reverse

It's plain to see it's hopeless
Going on the way we are
So even though I'd lose you
You'd be better off by far

He's not the man to hold your trust
Everything he touches turns to dust
In his hands
Nothing he can do is right
He'd even like to sleep at night
But he can't

All he touches turns to dust

All he touches turns to dust

9. Two years on the Federal bench apparently qualifies Roberts....
for the highest position our country has in it's court system. Makes perfect sense to me! NOT!
What the fuck is going through the chimp's mind, if anything? Does he think that just because people's attention is focused on the aftermath od Hurricane Katrina that no one os going to notice this insane move?
These assclowns never hesitate to rub shit in America's face at every opportunity. What the fuck :wtf: is WRONG with these people?
