Wouldn't it, at least,
be a gesture in the right direction, if Bush accompanied one of the mortuary crews on their rounds, as they pick up some of the corpses of the dead citizens of New Orleans. See the nitty-gritty, from close at hand.

2. He shouldn't be there at all. No matter where he goes, he stops the flow
They have to clear the area, they have to have a perimeter, they take manpower away from what needs to be done. His entourage creates havoc, takes needed supplies, and leaves nothing in its wake.

It's a foolish, vain man with an ego the size of Texas. And he needs to realize what happens when he flies in for these photo ops ---- but..... he never will. He can't see beyond his tie. As inappropriate as he is.
