to possible (Plame) indictments? Is this why Bush is in such a rush to fill SC slot?

1. No, it's to distract from Katrina/Rove affair.
Look for the Rove/Plame affair some Friday this month.
Then you can fairly well stick a fork into them.

Anything they do now is going to only make things worse because they are incapable of doing anything right. Their only response is to make more political attacks. Fortunately, the people and the press seem to be able to see through the Rovian fog.
