Jefferson Parish was to allow residents back in Monday — as long as they show a valid ID proving residency, bring food, have a full tank of gas and don't drink the water.

I just read another article on DU and they just let everyone in. They didn't even check ID - waved them on through.

Unless people are binging stuff, they really shouldn't be down there.

People that go in, should bring enough gas to get out. What gas and food is there, is limited.

4. They let the residents back in TEMPORARILY to retrieve important

belongings, but they have only a couple days to do so, then they need to plan to be away for about a month.
