1. Google might not have them cached yet.

A "spider" has to crawl through the internet and find them. Then it has to be indexed. They might not come up right away.

5. Google has more than one indexing crawler

And the one responsible for cataloging images takes a lot longer than their primary text bot that searches links. It's probably going to be weeks before they're up.
