Interstate bus service slashed two years ago, they tried and failed to eliminate Amtrak, Air travel is highly restricted.

Bankruptcy eliminated.

AFDC abolished.

Any other aid programs now target all family assets and asset limits have gone down (except slight adjustments for disabled people trying to work.)

Housing and home energy prices are out of reach of many and people are already doubling up and homeless.

Public Schools underfunded, overcrowded and in chaos due to continually shifting mandates.

Higher education aid slashed.

Caps and restrictions on tort lawsuits.

Laws allowing seizure of assets for 1) not medicating children 2) not taking vaccines 3) lots of other things under Patriot Act

Immigrants can be deported just "because".

You can be imprisoned without charges indefinitely all they have to do is say "terrorist" no proof needed.

No unions to protect workers. No government protecting workers. Jobs disappearing by the thousands.

Emergency response to the Bush Whitehouse means how much can we make on this disaster and how many "victims' can we eliminate that would reduce our profit in this disaster.

Must have forgot something, I am in disaster overload mode today.

On edit: Pensions gone in corporate bankruptsy and fraud and Social Security in danger of being permanently eliminated.

5. the federal gov't also has authority and has had authority
to seize Indian reservation lands as well if there is a "State of Emergency" requiring their lands. This is written into those old treaties made which are still upheld.

In those days one would ask what difference would this make - these lands aren't of much good anyway. However, they have beneath them something of great value - aka OIL.

 about that one. :grr:

:kick:
