2. What a stupid question
Essentially, it means, Do you think that there should be any accountability for this mess or not? It doesn't assign culpability. It just asks whether or not any official at any level should be held responsible.

It's stupefying that there are 8% who answer no.

5. Bullshit question, imo
If it were a real question it would be divided into three parts, asking which level was more responsible.

Lou Dobbs is an asshole and this is an assinine question.

15. But Lou Dobbs wrote a pretty good oped on corporate control
now linked to on page one:

"There's no denying both political parties in Congress are now owned lock, stock and barrel by corporate interests. Our nation's elected officials in Washington have formed a partnership with the corporate supremacists and special interest groups in an effort to drive profits to the bottom line of U.S. multinationals at the expense of hard-working Americans. "

don't hit Lou too hard!
