why replace the 2 judges? Go back to 7, pre-FDR? Oh no, wait, that would only be if WE weren't in office?

3. The rethugs are trying to undo FDR's defeat of the Nazis...
That is, by becoming Nazis themselves and turning the US into Nazi Germany.

4. there were 9 Supreme Court Justices when FDR took office
He only threatened to change the number of Justices, he never did it.
