Surely if any terrorists had another attack planned they would choose to execute it now; or very soon?

Has Homeland Security done anything that inspires you with confidence? If they can't react to a hurricane that gave ample warning, what will they do in case of a terror attack that comes without warning.

Even now, a week later, the rescue mission is an uncoordinated mess. I just read an article about rescue teams sitting idle in a hotel.
