What I percieve to be the largest failure in law, ever. The ability to stretch and skew words opens the door for the government to fuck over the people. The vagueness really doesn't help. These are just a few of the things I've seen recently, or noticed before.
The government cannot seize your land, unless they need it for 'public use'.
The government cannot seize your land, unless it is 'blighted'.
All of your rights as a citizen are upheld, unless you're a 'terrorist'.
The government really doesn't have all that much power over the people, unless there is an 'emergency'.
Your freedoms as a citizen are upheld, unless they compromise 'security' or 'safety'.
Feel free to bring more to our attention!
