Karl *KKK* Rove will be soon spinning like a mad whirling dirvish on two fronts, with more disasters on the way to cover Bush's criminality and the Fitzgerald indictments.

With all that hitting at the same time, he must be getting worn so thin his hair is falling out. He will be hiring an incompetent team of freepers to probably stage photo-ops everywhere, that's my bet.

It will be do or die anything to save boy-king's image from the world.

So could this be the week to hammer them the most and demand immediate accountability? :shrug:

Could it be if we force this issue by pounding on it constantly this week, that Bush-Rove mobile finally goes crazy and self-destructs?

I've always contemplated what this could be....I think it may be the time. No one has ever done a campaign like that non-stop when Rove had multiple hands full and all strings tied, no one has ever dared to.

2. Judge was delaying photos...But here they come.

And since the damage is so severe and all he cares for his image, that may be his defeat entirely once his image is 0. :think:

4. Actually, it was the gov't that was doing the delaying

The judge was pretty solid for the FOIA, until real recently. Spooky how he's changed his tune, allofasuddenlike.

I suspect they won't come out w/o being leaked, but we shall see. If the judge rules for the DoD, the FOIA is essentially meaningless from here on out.

His last statements, on Aug. 30th (and I'm not pleased to say this) sounded like a man who had been handed divine revelation in the form of Gen. Myers, chairman of JCOS.

And you're right, he's ordered release, redaction, etc. etc. already, as well as criticized the DoD for foot-dragging. It's weird.

3. After 2 years of solidly standing up for the FOIA

the magical visage of Gen. Myers seems to have made Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein change his tune, dramatically.

Either that, or the bloviating of Bill O'Reilly combined with the grumblings from the right-wing kook blogosphere, talking about how certain individuals WOULD PAY if these things ever came out, may have unnerved the guy.

Or, something else happened. :tinfoilhat:
