Somebody needs to dclare NOLA a CRIME SCENE .......................
there has been a terrible crime committed here - criminally negligent homicide. If the entire region is declared a crime scene, then they will be forced to document cause of death on ALL victims. The Bush regime MUST be called to account for its deliberate acts and omissions which have led to the deaths of thousands.

Who can get the ball rolling on this? There has to be a complaint filed with some law enforcement agency or prosecutor.

1. Heaven knows there are documented cases of people surviving the
hurricane only to die of the delay in rescue - like Aaron Broussard's friend's mother, and countless others. And there are plenty of witnesses to FEMA's interference and obstruction of rescue crews.
