"This isn't the time to blame"
...

14 years later.

Republican Operative: "I think we found a way we can blame the Katrina Disaster on Bill Clinton!"

Other Republican Operative: "YES! Let's call up the clone of Richard Mellon Scaife and ask him to fund a project so we can spread the word!"

3. You keep hearing media and right wing pundits say this but I don't
hearing anyone blaming anybody...at least right now. But we all know why rights wingers continue to say this, they know Bush and FEMA is guilty as sin.

4. The hell it isn't. Somehow it's NEVER time to hold Republicans accountable
When you see the problem coming..."you don't know everything"...

When the problem comes..."now's the time to pull together"...

After the problem..."get over it, it's time to move on"...

Since the Magic Moment where blame is OK never seems to come, screw it! Seize the initiative. Who the hell are they to say "it's not the time"?

5. I'd Like To Ask Joe The Enabler. . .
. . ."when is the time Joe. Isn't accountability addressed to assessing blame for obvious systemic failures?"
