I'll ask again... "Where is any amatuer video?" Where, where where.
I know its a flood but come on... people shoot video, especially when they know it can be wortt a little $$$ Cameras are as small as ever. Where is the home video?

on--WWL, I think--of water rushing into the filmer's home. It was terrifying. But that's all I've seen . . .
