Reopen The Fed Budget on FEMA/DHS Spending For FY 05-06

I think the country is entitled to having the Fed budget and spending for the next year re-examined. How many $ have been diverted from NEEDED infrastructure to pork-barrel spending?

This is a bi-partisan appeal. Congress needs to take a look at the spending they've authorized and fix their - and *'s mistakes - NOW, before another NO happens.
