You know, Aaron Broussard is a hell of a guy
I'd like to shake his hand for bringing so much of what has happened to light. And for his hands on work in the effected area.

DOn't you agree?

3. Yes, I so wanted to hug him when he broke down of MTP on
Sunday. A real man with compassion.

4. I like their style in general
I've never been to Louisiana but watching these local officials and general with their straight talk and cuss words I am now thinking
that they were targeted because they are too culturally diverse and too straight talking.

:)

Seriously, they aren't messing around with the typical bland, corporate style political responses and we know, even in the light of disaster
there are many politicans who still puke out the typical propaganda and bland fake interviews.

5. Broussard will be the folk icon...
of this whole sorry mess.

Soul, heart, compassion- whatever you want to call it- his is the true heart of his people.

"This is not the world you knew from the Jefferson Parish that you left. Go back to the movie 'Wizard of Oz'. Dorothy's hugging Toto. We're not in Kansas anymore"
Aaron Broussard in today's New York Times

6.  Raw reality, pure and simple, with not one lick of being phony..
Reality is something we don't get with a compliant media and a deluded president and all of his yes men.
