Why are you thinking so small, Jack. Michael Chertoff is the Secretary of Homeland Security and he has proved himself inept at securing the homeland, so Michael Chertoff should definitely resign.

Richard Cheney is the head of the Office for National Preparedness and the nation damned sure was not prepared for this catastrophe, so Richard Cheney should be resigning, too!

And exactly who is the bumbling fool who appointed all of these incompetent boobs to these incredibly important positions that directly affect national security (if you don't think the terrorists are rubbing their hands in glee, I've got a bridge to Nowhere Alaska to sell ya)?

You've got it, Jack, the buck stops with the moron in chief, George W. Bush. He should resign and his resignation should be at the top of the list. Resignations from everybody from him down to the lowliest bureaucrat in FEMA should come forthwith!
