CNN International: No Communication between relief workers
CNn International are reporting on, the lack of communication between the different organizations doing relief work, they showed two police officers breaking down a door to a house to rescue people, but the people who were in their got rescued yesterday.

They are reporting how there has been a bad break in communications between the different groups doing the rescues.

2. That's because FEMA did not set up a central command and
control organization. It was only when James Lee Witt entered into the picture that one was being set up, it was supposed to be up and running today from what Witt said yesterday.

Imagine, no central command and control organization being set up until it was started on Friday by Witt.
