1. What in the world are you talking about?
"Mass graves"? There are bodies lying in the streets, floating in flood water, and no doubt many more to be found in attics and in the muck as the waters recede.

How could any "mass graves" have been dug when 80% of the city has been under water for 9 days?

2. There are no mass graves
The State of Louisiana has been reported as seeking to buy a parcel of land in which to bury those whose identities have not been established, or who have not been claimed by next-of-kin.

It's been on the major cable news outlets (CNN, MSNBC, Fox, etc.)

3. Here's a link. "plan is sensitive" .."but is necessary" per FEMA
http://www.ledger-enquirer.com/mld/ledgerenquirer/news/nation/12555489.htm

When the Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team is able to recover the bodies, they will institute an emergency plan to take DNA and available identification then bury them in temporary mass graves. That plan is sensitive and has never been instituted in the United States before, but is necessary, according to Federal Emergency Medical Agency spokesman Marty Bahamonde,

"This is so massive, it requires that," Bahamonde said. "We realize that people that have been evacuated won't get back for days or weeks."

4. I saw someone from the NO Medical Examiner's office interviewed

tonight on CNN and he was aware of the proposal of mass graves. He was very emphatic when he said the deceased citizens of New Orleans wil not be buried in mass graves.
