Meme: Bush's lack of leadership on Katrina will embolden terrorists
Bush's inaction, his inability to command our vast police, rescue and military resources is now visible to the world. Does this kind of ineptitude make America a more vulnerable target in the minds of those who would do us harm?

The terrorists already know Bush is a jackass
But, his decimation of our military, now stretched to (beyond?) the breaking point, puts us at great risk

4. katrinagate proves it: bush cannot keep us safe
if he can't provide leadership and anything beyond some self-serving photo-ops when faced with a natural disaster -- governance 101 -- how the hell can he help against a far more complex threat??
