A Friend's Brother in FEMA

I'm not going to disclose information, but I have a friend whose brother is in FEMA.

He was not allowed in the city of New Orleans and was in Jackson MS and now staying in a hotel room in Biloxi without working pipes and his floor has outhouse toilets on it.

He says that the conditions are awful (via my friend) and my friend is worried for her brother.

Something of note, he is a Dem supporter and had Kerry-Edwards bumper sticker on his car and hates working for the Bush admin but it is his job.

I asked her if he could sneak into the city but she says he can't. She doesn't know why he can't.

Or is he assigned to MS? Just wondering... and congrats on the first post! :)
