Dr Phil: "You'll have to tune in Thursday to see..."
Dr Phil is on Larry King, and while I am not a Phil-hater, per se...

They showed a clip of Dr Phil telling this poor woman and her 3 children at the Astrodome that he thinks he may have located her husband in Dallas, and he will give her a ride there on his way back to see if they can find him together. Then it cuts back to Larry, who says:

"So what happened?"

Phil: "You'll have to tune in Thursday to see."

At first I was waiting for him to laugh, as if he was just making fun of his persona as a TV doctor, and really tell us what happened, but he wasn't kidding.

6. well good for him but Phil has been all over the place with Bush
If he wants to help and not be a glory hound he should leave the camera crew and the Bush at home. Al Gore paid for 150 ill people to fly out of NO, he didn't want the press there. Dr. Phil could learn from Al Gore's example.

I wonder if, ala Geraldo's rescue, he will make the family do it twice. Cue the swelling music!

11. a friend in the Houston shelter found several separatec
families and through her own work at home on the phones after her shift got them all reunited---despite both the Red Cross and the Feds who impeded this at every turn. Gee, will she get her own show? She'll be thrilled and I'll email her so when she returns from today's 12 hour shift, she can have something to look forward to.

Dr. Phil....
Toot toot! The Showboat is pulling in!!!!
