Board Minutes from Orleans Parish School Board re: Buses.

My "Select" function doesn't seem to be working, so I can't excerpt easily, but the discussion on the buses starts on p.11. It appears that the City asked the School Board for the use of the buses. It isn't clear what happened after this, but obviously, someone was thinking ahead.

Please feel free to post excerpts.

1. The meeting was on 9 June 05. Minutes suggest lots of talking but
no action to allow the city to use school buses to evacuate those without transportation.
