4. There are many, many reasons why not doing the job in NO & for Katrina

victims would pay off. Sociopaths don't think like you and me. They see opportunity in anything, even a disaster. And just like the few criminals who got in cars and headed to New Orleans in order to commit crimes: money of looting or rape in anarchy, the few criminal minds in the white house had many goals & opportunities in doing what they did in that week and in the years before.

They are very narcissistic - I don't think they really give all that much thought to the lives or the heritage of the people of New Orleans. That would involve spending time thinking of other people and where they come from. And sociopaths hate to do that - because it takes moments away from thinking about their own importance & their own needs.
