During our worst disaster, this may be the most brilliant Daily Show yet. |
|
He is hitting on it all - that Bush must be held responsible, that the media is finally doing its job, that all of the Federal effort is not on rescuing people, but saving Bush's reputation....
Great lines - we need to fight the water "here" so we don't have to fight it "there"
The alphabetical list of 26 potential disasters (must see!)
Simply brilliant.

The timeline. The "nobody could've imagined" bit. FEMA's incompetence. The lack of preparedness for a terror strike. EVERYTHING.
Why the hell can't our Dems do the same?

12. I hope that the major anchors on CNN, MSNBC, etc |
|
are Daily Show viewers - they could learn so much from seeing the absolute masterpiece just pulled off by Jon Stewart.

What a challenge that must have been. But they hit it out of the park. Other than the Lewinski anatomy jokes (which I thought were over the top and pointless) they were spot on. Brilliant.
