Well, I hope LOUISIANA holds hearings about what failures happened!

Well, I hope LOUISIANA holds hearings about what failures happened!
And I know damn well that the Congressional Repukes can't stop that kind of state-level hearing/investigation.

The people of the state of Louisiana are owed some kind of explanation, and if the Feds, once again, FAIL TO RESPOND, then Louisiana will have to investigate and hold hearings on the state level.

And I hope Louisiana issues a scathing report about FEMA and what really happened.
