It looks absolutely terrific - a model, perhaps. What happened?

stand when he talks about the black power structure in NO

it did look pretty damning, though. what I saw was about the plan for using the buses, and how they weren't staged where they should have been; weren't employed when they could have been

I don't know what the explanation is.......dunno if I want to

that said, the clear brunt of massive/willfull (?) failure falls on the criminals inhabiting the exec branch

5. Remember, once the levees were affected
the operation was under the feds, NOT the state. Even O'Reilly brought that up. The feds had the say so. Period.
