Now with all the gas leaks, this may be just what they are looking for. It would render the area uninhabitable...? and clear for building...they are already talking about dozing the Superdome.. :tinfoilhat:

1. I'm sure they will burn/let burn whatever they want.

Quite sure they can contain the fires they want to.

They have military personnel there and firefighters on call trained to do just that.

2. I was thinking earlier .....

they might have to set a big fire inside the Superdome before they demolish it because it is so contaminated. They would have to make it safe for the work crews.

4. There was a whole town that burned after the Mississippi floods

about ten years ago--I remember the surreal pictures of all these buildings wrapped in flames while standing in water.
