But, is it possible to sue local and even scandal-ridden Statewide Republican Parties into oblivion?

What would happen if that happened?

1. Not likely, not useful, not worth it

The parties themselves have nothing to sue for, and it would open a free-for-all on all parties.

The problems lie with the bastard Republicans themselves. The honest rank-and-file of the GOP will have to purge the Bushes and Roves -- and we will have to give them moral support in cleaning up their party.
