"They Don't Care": Assoc. Editor Pitt Post-Gazette. Wow.
This is the toughest language I have ever seen from Dan Simpson.

snip< While John Bolton tries to dismantle an anti-poverty program at the U.N., Bush & Co. demonstrate their disdain for the poor victims of New Orleans>snip

Snip<The spectacle of President Bush, smirking as he reminisced about the fun he used to have visiting New Orleans as a young man from Houston, perhaps while he was shirking active Vietnam combat duty as a Texas and Alabama National Guardsman, only pointed up the absence of Louisiana and other Gulf Coast Guardsmen fighting his war in Iraq while the worlds of their states floated face-down, literally dead in the water, at home.>snip

1. They admitted they don't care. That's what they told Cindy Sheehan,
and for once, they're telling the truth.

4. It certainly highlights what Cindy had said of Junior's "party" attitude
That awful day when she and her family met with him and he acted as if he was "going to a party." Anyone who heard him talking about his old partying days in NO while surrounded by death and destruction now knows that Cindy was absolutely correct about his callousness and inappropriate behavior.

2. Interesting that he was formerly a career diplomat
I'm often impressed by the calibre of the USA's true diplomats (as opposed to the party donors that Bush appoints to the cushy jobs).

A great editorial.

3. Impeach Bush now.
I'm ready to say throw the whole lot out.

Bush, Cheney, Rove, Rice, Rumsfeld....toss them all.

Each passing day the anger grows.

WE KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN and BUSH cut funding.

Hired a crony to head FEMA....
