EVERYTHING is "RACIAL" to a rePuke.

At the TOP of the rePuke food chain, there are only two colors:

Green (as in GREENBACKS), and NOT Green (as in You're POOR? FUCK YOU!)

That this works out to prejudice against blacks, latinos, or any other "brown" people is par for the course, and the fact of the matter is, if you're poor WHITE, you ain't "GREEN" either, but as to the cities where the poor people of color are mostly the rule, and poor whites are the exception, this still translates into racial terms. Count the white faces in the Cass Corridor of Detroit if you doubt me.

The fact that the rePukes kiss up to po' whites via religion, gun ownership, homophobia is NOT catering to their "base," it's "CROW JIM" as Lenny Bruce would say, that is: shlepping a minority as the majority by playing to their ignorance and prejudice. But it's still "racially" motivated.

If anyone doubts this, listen very carefully when one of the "GREEN" folk talks about how "...they JUST aren't our sort of people..." The saddest part is that the delusional poor whites don't know that they're part of a racial group: the "NOT GREEN."
