Her arms must be really muscular for doing so much of the heavy lifting of Democrats.


"Mike Brown's a nicew man but he should go."

Raising all the points about advance warning, etc.

"We built up FEMA during the 90's, but it's now a shadow of its former self."

Pointed out that 28 Senators (including her) voted against moving FEMA into Homeland Security.
