out just like in New Orleans. The caption below it: "Homes in Miami-Dade are flooded Friday after Hurricane Katrina. After flying over Miami-Dade on Friday to survey flood damage, Gov. Jeb Bush assured Floridians the state could meet whatever challenges lies ahead."

when exactly did it become a cat 4 & 5? i remember not paying attention to it as it hit florida, because it was a cat 1. then suddenly, i saw it had gained strength and was going to be a killer. i was barely paying attention, and I KNEW! these guys are just lying. it's what they do best. but the truth will come out! i know that, too!

I saw a quote posted from that idiot bush put in charge of FEMA, before the storm hit, wherein he indicated that he was aware the storm could be catastrophic.
