That those good people use some of that money to buy a ticket to get back to Louisiana, to where they have other family members.
I'm sure that Governor Blanco will see her people right, and see that they're rehoused and given a job, once they're back home.
Fuck FEMA, I'd take the $2k card and then go home.

one lady was saying she has been going from one person in FEMA on the phone to the next person (I think five in all) they told her to contact. The last person she talked to from FEMA told her they did not know who was telling her this but it was untrue.
