I am watching it now for the first time so i don't know exactly but there was a long thread here yesterday about it - anyone gotta link - and the part that got the most discussion was the revelation that the very sick & dying were put in the morgue to die alone :cry:

is correct. Your image is not. That APC did not say "police state".

Maybe I'm being slow but I don't see the link back to the original, unaltered image.
