It says that Mike Brown was doing the liposuction, when in fact he was investigating a breeder's liposuction (which would be done to improve the horse's appearance to increase it's chances of winning an award or being sold for a higher price than actually worth).
Either way, he's still not qualified, but that is no justification for leaving a false impression about what was happening.
