Would * be competent to stand trial?
Or would it be more appropriate to fill him up with Thorazine, give him EST, and just strap his wacked-out ass into a straight jacket and hide him in rubber room?

After his recent public comments, I'm, convinced he's nowhere NEAR the same plane of reality most of US live on. I sometimes doubt he is really aware of a single thing outside his personal bubble (I have vast experience with people of his "kind"- my BIL is in the same orbit). I doubt he'd even understand why he was being punished if it were to come about.

I'm convinced the concept of 40,000 deaths really does mean absolutely nothing to him. If I didn't loathe the little shit, I could almost feel sorry for him.

Almost.
