Where are Astrodome residents to STORE what they buy w/ 2K ATM cards?

Anybody have any ideas how the $2,000.00 ATM cards are s'posed to work? I have about a million questions and can predict some obvious and negative outcomes form this program.

"Brownie", at his presser today, menttioned that folks who have minimal damage (tree branches down was one example) should wait a few days before calling FEMA for their cards so the people in dire straights are processed first.

Does everybody in 3 states get one?!!

I forsee another Federal FUBAR experience brewing with this "exciting new idea in disaster response"...

1. You don't have to buy 2k worth of shit all in one shopping spree.

Mostly though I think they'd want you to get an apartment and some clothes for interviews.
