14. If this is true - if this disaster was allowed to happen to wean citizens

off of government aid during the most devastating hurricane in history, it was a denial of our Constitutional Rights as Citizens to be protected and to have civil order. It would seem that there is plenty of evidence that help was rejected time and again. IMPEACH NOW!
