Letterman has disliked BUsh for quite awhile, hasn't he? I rarely watch evening shows, but the few times I've seen him he really smacks Bush down hard...

But he sure cut taxes! And rolled back environmental laws to clean air and water! And did everything he could for his little Pioneers and Rangers...
