* FEMA would have had boots on the ground while the winds were still at 35 MPH as the storm went north from NO.
* Local government would have gotten help rather than hindrance from the feds.
* The National Guard would have had equipment in-country to use for search-and-rescue, since Clinton wouldn't have started that idiot war in Iraq.

Tuesday - or Wednesday at the latest! Dome and Convention Center would have had food and water by Wednesday at the latest and probably completely evacuated by Thursday maybe Friday What we saw on Saturday and Sunday would have been happening on Wednesday and Thursday - that's why I think anyone who died after Wednesday should be added to the freak in chief's body count.
