Damn DUers quit expecting the worst out of your fellow Americans!
Edited on Thu Sep-08-05 02:05 AM by Melodybe
Why is everyone here obsessing over a GOP hack like Gallup?

I don't trust the news the corporate media feeds me and I don't trust their polls. Give me one valid reason to believe them. With all the trickery and deceit we see from Bushco, why on earth should I believe that they are not playing with the polls.

Bushco is smart enough to know you need polls for brainwashing, hello, how many times after 9/11 were we reminded of Bush's "90%."

What were their methods? Who did they call? How do you know they called anyone? Did they call you?

I can tell you right now, I bet they didn't poll one fucking Mississippian. They wouldn't dare.

I just want to know why so many DUers immediately jump to the conclusion that America is just a bunch of dumbfuck assholes? Other than their poll numbers, how do you how most "Americans feel?"

People all over this country are doing what they can to help Katrina's victims, America always comes together over crisis. Now is not any different, when you go to the store and see people buying boxes upon boxes of water, diapers, dry and canned food you know that people are helping.

It's beautiful how people are helping and I think that its a crying shame that posters here are thinking this way.

Personally I think that we should start doing our own polls, cause theirs sure don't reflect what I am seeing and hearing.

For just one second think that America is capable of seeing and hearing, just think for a moment that some repubs might actually have a heart, just for a moment please don't exspect the worst out of our own people.

1. Gallup comes down in BushCo's favor the most of all the polls. . .
it's why it's usually the first one out after a negative BushCo event.

I think I'll wait, see what some of the other polls and columnists say before I make conclusions about the American public's attitudes and beliefs.

2. The actions of the people
do not reflect the government. We need to speak out loud and often. Hit people with the time line of events and hit them hard. We are better then our government and most people know it. They just need to be reminded.

we have to learn to fight, and NOT take it anymore

5. blame game, blame game, blame game
Sorry, it's been politicized and once that happens, it's all over. The Democrats are just playing political games and it's not Bush's fault and we have to be fair Democrats and blame the locals and what about those buses. Seen this film before and I quit expecting a different outcome. We now know that he literally can take a dump on the American people and they'll believe it's "working out really well for them".

7. The American people
didn't put * in office in 2000. Ergo, their opportunity to put him in "again" in 2004 should've been moot.

I know, I know. Just sayin'. :banghead:
