Replace a soldiers that wants to come home

why don't we ask our recruiters for the necessary paper work that if some one who is pro war wants to sign up to replace a soldier in Iraq that wants to come home can do so , when Cindy Sheehan goes from town to town, all she has to do is walk across the street to the PRO-WAR people and ask them to SIGN UP OR SHUT UP? Just a thought,any Ideas?
