FEMA is a Disaster

I know this has been said before, but let's take a look at the phone system failures.

Last year during our hurricanes in Florida, people could not get through on the phone to get an update or sign up for assistance. I tried at least everyday up until 11pm and then I was told "Sorry, all people are busy" and the line went dead. This happened last year and they were fully aware of it.

Well what has happened this year. The same thing. I just saw a story on GMA where a reporter gave a cell phone to an evacuee trying to get FEMA assistance. They were unable to get through 9 out of 10 tens. That is a DISASTER. The message tells people to file online. File Online?? No-one has power you dopes.

If anything, FEMA's problems only got worse once they were sucked into the Dept of Homeland Security. Hello, Mr Chertoff!

2. FEMA IS CRIMINAL !!!

FEMA has been transformed from a rapid-response human aid crew into a political hatchett organization that has cordened off New Orleans and tried to keep ANY outside support from reaching the people there.

It's like a doctor sent guards to stand around a dying patient making sure that no other doctors would get credit for "saving the patient" except himself.
