'Horse Judge' should be the 'talking point' attached to this guy's name every time it is mentioned until he is fired or resigns.

trust me on this: horse judges are notorious CROOKS
they can be bought and the Arabian circuit is no different than any other. Stable boys on the other hand are usually very hard working and dirt poor...living on subservient wages and what little tips the "customer/owner" may decide to throw their way.

6. What a great resume for the head of FEMA.
Asked to resign from his horseplay. Freeper going off on C-spn now, saying that an investigation would be a dog and pony show. That kind of fits here.
We have barney and the horse breeder.
