How come when oil goes up, the price at the pump goes up, but when oil goes down the price at the pump either stays the same or takes 2 weeks for it to go down a bit????

3. Amazing, isn't it?
If prices go up, they immed. jack up the price on gas they've already paid for at the earlier, lower price. Amazing. And sickening.
