1. The good people of Louisianna were not helped because their leadership are mostly Democrats and you know those poor people - if they are allowed to get to the polls, they vote for Democrats.

2. The good people of Louisianna were not helped because the national leadership are incomparable idiots who cannot find their way home at night with a flashlight, let alone think of anyone else.

3. The good people of Louisianna were not helped because the national leadership had to stand down from their Iranian or Syrian or N. Korean war plans, and you know, that all takes time.
