they are getting. I guess they are worried people will attack them as they come out of the Dome or something. I don't know, I don't trust them at all.

Something to do with receiving the debit cards. Don't know if

people are just crowding everyone or what. Of course this fox news alert came at exactly the same time they were showing part of Reid's news conference in the corner. Ann CNN cut Reid off in mid sentence.

12. The way I understood it

Was in lockdown WHILE the cards were distributed re: only to the adult head of household for each family or adult individual. Makes sense to keep things orderly and efficient to preform this task. Glad to know it's been done.
Now, those kids there that are still separated from their parents, hopefully, there will be a card waiting for them.
